To quickly copy or move files/folders, you can display the VisShare file manager in a two-column view.

▪To do this, navigate to the desired source project or source folder.

▪Click the icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
Note: In the right column of the file manager, all projects to which you have write access are displayed.

▪Select the desired destination in the right column.

▪In the left column, select one or more files (folders) that you want to copy or move to the destination.

▪To do this, activate the checkbox of the respective files (folders).

▪Marked files (folders) are highlighted in orange.

▪Click the icon if you want to copy the file (folder).

▪Alternatively, click the icon if you want to move the file (folder).

▪Click the arrow symbol to copy the file (folder) from the left column to the right column of the file manager.

▪Alternatively, click the arrow icon to copy the file (folder) from the right column to the left column of the file manager.
