"My license is not working or does not have all the features I purchased. What should I do?"
Try to download your license again and restart 3DViewStation. If this does not help, please contact us.
Possible error messages you may receive:
"There are no more activations available"
Your license activations have been used up. Either deactivate another machine first or contact us to order more activations.
"There are no more deactivations available"
Your license deactivations have been used up. Wait until your next maintenance renewal or contact us to order additional deactivations.
"Failed to connect to license.viewstation.de for activation"
This error message will open a browser window where you can perform your activation and download your license.
If you don't see the Activation Center in your browser window, please check your Internet connection.
"The download of the activation license failed"
The automatic download was probably blocked by your proxy settings. You can download the license file in the appearing browser window instead.
"Failed to connect to license.viewstation.de for deactivation"
Please check if you have an Internet connection. If you are still having trouble properly deactivating the license, please contact our customer support.
"The license (de-)activation failed"
The license (de)activation failed for an unexpected reason. Please check the log messages for more information and contact our customer support. If you are using 3DViewStation Desktop, you can generate helpful support information via Help > Support > System Information.
